Im happy with what i got.plus take a look at the active pros make a list of those that make more than 100k or more a year then you decide is is worth it..

If done properly, you can have both. Not mass as in Nasser, but you can be much bigger than 90% of the peeps and still keep your health. Just do it smart. But if I had to choose just 1, I'd like to live long and healthy. Without Your health, you have nothing.

I've been too skinny and I have been a mass monster. Now I am really fat. My next mode is to get allot leaner and live a healthier life. I spent 40 years being in very good shape, strong, athletic and never sick. The last 8 years have sucked big time. The worst of my entire life.

very true. Thats why I say just do what you want in life and take it one day at a time. I love how some people say to me, don't you think your missing out on things bodybuilding like that everyday. I'm like NO this is what makes me happy, so if it is going to shorten my life so be it I guess. Same with a race car driver or a fireman, they don't HAVE to do that job, there is others but they still do it.
