Vince is absolutely destroying  Arvilldo in every bodypart.  Arvilla does have more defined eyebrows though.

Looking at the pics Melvin posted, he trumps Arvilla on all bodyparts apart from delts, nice going Vince, good improvements.

It is not far to compare both pics.  Arvilla is in much leaner-harder condition.  It is not about muscle size, it is about hardness and symmetry, which Arvilla has.  Nothing against Vince, but let him get much leaner, or compare one of Arvilla's pics. when he was in a heavier-off-season mode.

Yea, Arvilla would beat my ass if I was on-stage against him in that current condition simply because he was leaner and harder.  That's what I've been working on lately for next years shows and now that I've got my T levels back to around 900, my physique is looking much better now.  I just have to keep training hard, eating, and sleeping.


Arvilla has got a great physique but I know what I'm capable of doing.  Once I learn how to get hard and lean, I will be a pretty dominant natural bodybuilder.

Vince, you got the size and really great calves, just cut that muscle up, a leaner-tighter-drier physique looks much bigger on stage...you did make improvements from your last show!

At least Vince had the balls to compete before he turned 40.

Not to put down Arvilla but think if Vince continues to progress, he has pretty decent genetics (it seems) so anything could be possible if he does it right.
