question about clen???

A friend of mine just got this bottle of clen and he was wondering about the dosage? anyone got any ideas. I figured that someone on here had tried it before so any help would be greatly appreciated

Start with 40mcg ED. then add 20mcg every couple of days. example, 40,40, 60, 60, 80, 80, 100, then stay at your higher dose for two weeks.

alot of the liquid clens are somewhat difficult to measure out.  Be careful with it.

Lion nutrition..yummy.... every squirt is .1ml (20mcg)  5 squirts is .5ml (100mcg) and 10 being a full 1ml (200mcg) i had very good results while alternating that with ECA. Shakes were bad at first but i got used to it.

Just use a syringe. It's much easier that way. I am an avid user of clen and have never had an issue with measurements
