Help needed on a first cycle

Its been ages that I have done my first cycle, but a friend of mine, 30 years old, been working out for years, wants a harmless first cycle.  I'm not sure what I can recomend to him that's not too harsh. He is 5'8" tall and weighs 185 and wants to get to 200 pounds. He is lean and wants to remain so.

Any advice from you guys would be appreciated.

500 test-e /week. 10 weeks. PCT.

Remember no gear could be considered harmless (there could always be side effects & unintended results).

Anyway, easy first cycle: 10-12 weeks Test E or C (500mg a week). You could also throw in some Dbol for the first 4-6 weeks (30-50mg a day). Two weeks after your last shot you'd want to run Nolva for three or four weeks.

Harmless?

There's always potential for some type of negative reaction.

I'd recommend a basic Test/Winstrol cycle and see how he likes that.

Of course, alot of it will depend on his diet and training...

Maybe harmless was the wrong choice of words.  I should have said least potential of side effects and I forgot to mention these should be tabs and not injectibles. I know the harm on the liver is greater with tabs but homenoy is a wimp when it comes to shots.
