Its been ages that I have done my first cycle, but a friend of mine, 30 years old, been working out for years, wants a harmless first cycle. I'm not sure what I can recomend to him that's not too harsh. He is 5'8" tall and weighs 185 and wants to get to 200 pounds. He is lean and wants to remain so.
Any advice from you guys would be appreciated.
