My bests were 370 Lb bench, 500 Ass to floor Squat, 600 lb deadlift.

I have hit those lifts in the lower 200s (207-210) and also at 235-238.


So he is doing well... Needs to catch up though  :)

no wraps folks tho i am wearing gloves for a few reasons. no belt i did wear one a few times tho i dont wear one deadlifting or squatting.

Goudy is the most impressive natural I've seen on this board. He has huge potential in both powerlifting and bodybuilding.

i cant ever. i cant even take creatine. i only have one working kidney and to do so would literally kill me lol. well it may or may not tho it aint worth the risk. taking creatine once put me in hospital for a week and an outpatient for 4-5 months.

that guy with the huge shoulders on my newest natural thread is trianing me after this comp to do natural bbuilding. all planned out gonna change everything up. hopefully in 5 years if he still about gonna whoop john hansens ass lol.

nah kididng hope to do very well out of it.

i appreciate all kind comments on this thread and all the kind workds.
