ever or out of the most famous names? lee haney had some pretty famously small arms. really lagged behind the rest of him.

well if we go by the actual size of the arm and not  by the look, I think Derek Farnsworth may have the smallest since they aren't very big AND he is short

He may have not had the smallest, but Milos had the worst arms I've ever seen in the 98O. His physqiue was great except for his arms :-\

What was up with Dickerson's elbows? Some genetic thing? Those arms were 16's on a good day. Franco also didnt have the greatest arms, neither did the great Don Ross, nor Tony Pearson.
