You don't know a thing about leg training but you certainly know how to train upper body! Great work, old timer!

haha, my legs always sucked even in my opinion but i've never seen great legs built any other way than HEAVY squats.

was your back always kind of unproportional, left side and right side or is it because of an injury?

tore tendon off my left elbow at insertion point.   not as strong on that side

What exersice would you say made your traps(?) going all the way down your back so diesel. mine show from the front but from behind almost nothing.

cool. i lost a lot of deadlift strength with yet another lower back injury. i'm only doing 205 and only 2 sets. lower back is not in a good way. i want that tempurpedic matress  :'(
