You are not suggesting that you actually lift weights yourself do you? You do not seem the type who does heavy deadlifts.
Regarding the bench shirts, it's way past 100lbs assistance these days. Try 300 or 400lbs more!!!
You are absolutely right, Van_Bilderdass I only did a drug-free 605 lb DL, wearing just a 4" wide lifting belt, in my
prime (early/mid 20's) at a bwt. of 198 lbs. (mid-hvy. wgt. class).
However, I was also fortunate enough to win the 198 lb. class Jr. National (formerly Teen-Age National) Olympic weightlifting championships, while breaking the existing Jr. National record in the C&J by a full 20 lbs. (all drug-free, of course).
Let's see Van_Bilderdass, I've been weight-training (Olympic w-l, Powerlifting, and BB) since Tuesday, 2/8/55. Let's see now, why that's nearly 52 looong years ago.
Nearly fifty-two (52) years of REGULAR training...why, why... that's some ten (10) years longer than the LIFE EXPECTANCY of a drug-bloated, "juiced-to-the-gills", BB freak like yourself...isn't it?!!
Now, let's get back to the subject of great feats of strength!
