Good video - nice to see some genuine measurements posted as well - biggest I ever got my arms up to was 19.5 inches but I was several pounds overweight. Several.  :)

I'd say those measurements should be weighed against the hyperbole from the announcer.

I'd say the measurements posted were completely genuine. I can spot bullshit as good as anyone and those figures look legit.
Like I said, the biggest I've measured my arms at were 19.5 inches and there's no way my arms look as good as theirs.

I don't believe any of those measurements.  ::) Reminds me of an article I recently read about Lee Priest claiming 19 1/2 forearms.  :-\

Yes but I doubt many of us have seen this vid.
