Great progress Goudy.

Keep on growing. Make sure to avoid injuries and overtraining. That's probably the two most important factors.

So keep on eating. And train smart, both heavy and sometimes lighter.

yea gloves bars too cold ice etyc can see ur breath also no knurling when ya sweat ur grips slips out wider etc and cant get bar back in rack lol
