i wasnt eating alot of carbs but i think i was actually fatter im just holding more water now but with more size and actually leaner now. of course i look better in this pic but my physique is much better.

actually i think it is caused by th angle of the camera shot that make you look narrow shoulder wide waist...anyway you are in pretty good shape.

for me veins is all about water retention. i was low carbin back then. low carb is just cosmetic ( you look good , dry, not much water) but doesnt do shit for actual results (fat loss)

You keep your water low and sodium low. Gosh, veins. Veins doesn't make a bodybuilder, in fact if you try to stay vascular year round you will make zero gains. Congrats on knowing nothing about bodybuilding.
