Yeah, lol,  know I was just messin around. This big guy in my gym was posing yesterday in the open aerobics area where all the mirrors were.He is huge and in pretty good shape, not contest yet though, but I was tempted to tell him he looked like hammered shit, GetBig style.

Oh my mistake, I knew i should have blown the numbers up at least by 70%. That'd be more along the lines of GetBig.  BTW I squat 1000 and bench 700.

Weak...you're in the bottom 25%. We all average a 1500 squat & 900 bench.

I think the key is if your jucing keep your diet clean enough nutrients and supps train intensly and you will see results.  I like to keep my diet pretty clean year round except on sat or sun.  I eat just about anything I want.  I like to see abs year round.  Even with abs and definition I would not consider myself in contest shape though at six foot 240.  My BF stays around 8-10%
