The worst Mr O ever was Franco when he shredded his leg before the contest and still won. Add massive gyno,his best friend running the show and not a single cut in his legs .That was def the worst Mr O appearance ever. Second was Chris Dickerson. No need to explain why. Self explanatory. From third on you can debate whoever. Those two are a lock at 1 and 2.

good post....considering there havent been many mr.o's, its an exclusive club and to have the worst 2 clearly defined leaves some pretty lofty company in the rest.

yates got what he deserved. a bunch of sandows. maybe the number can be debated but he was best around for some time.

I agree tottally. Yates looked bad at the end of his run. Same thing with Ronnie. Hell Arnold looked small at his last win. You make a good point. Yates looked incredable at most of his Olympia wins. As did Ronnie. To claim either was the worst ever is ludicrous. Same goes for Jay. Colombo looked terrible at his last win. Same with Dickerson. Zane was 185 lbs and looked amazing. f**k Dickerson and his elbow. With those two winning the Sandow the debate automattically starts at 3rd worst ever.
