Gee golly gosh, sometimes when I eat too much protein I fart a lot when I workout...uhhhh, do you think they would kick me out for farting as well (cuz I didn't see that one on the literal laundry list of club rules)!???
The moral of the story is...unless you can find a true HARDCORE gym (like Coffee's in Atlanta) where you don't have to put up with a bunch of CHICKENSHIAT RULES...build and equip and train like a DEMON in your OWN HOME GYM with thousands of pounds free weights, power racks, etc.
For decades, I've trained 90% at home...and who the hell needs spotters when you have a power rack and/or a heavy-duty lifting platform to drop missed snatches, cleans, and jerks!??
Hell, I've been in dozens of these PANSY-ASS "health-clubs"/"fitness-centers" over the decades putting up with...only allowing free-weight bench bumps and absolutlely no heavy squatting or deadlifting (they even took out the only power rack and squat stand to help discourage doing such basic movements)!?? And, don't even mention trying to train on the Olympic lifts!! Or, having only machines and no free weights. In these bed-wetting health/fitness clubs, practically the ONLY way you can exercise is lying or sitting down!??
No wonder our enemies think we are "decadent" and we "suck hind-tit" in international Olympic lifting and are slipping in our international Powerlifting rankings!
