his conditioning used to be better... but freakish... no... he needs to realize loosing some size is un avoidible... he's to big, and guys are coming in better and better condition... he's finished if you as me, he just doesnt seem to get it

Yeah Mustafa is looking great. Looks like he could live to the ripe old age of 45. I don't think he's learnt anything from his post olympia experience a few years back when he nearly croaked. His experience convinced Shawn Ray that bodybuilding was past the point of no return. Quite a few bodybuilders would have quit the lifestyle after what he went through but it doesn't seemed to have fazed Mustafa who keeps coming back for more.

he only did that because he never dieted down enough. he'd be fat a week out and then try to compensate by going crazy with the diuretics.
