Now, if the guy were pressing them etc. I would be HIGHLY impressed. The fact he is standing with them using straps shows he is relatively strong but it is nothing to be overly impressed with.

the day that ANYBODY even lifts Armz 375lb badboys off the groud...with straps or whatever...you could staple them onto your hand for what i care.

He's closing in on 700lbs deadlift

I want to see him try armz dbs. Not those ones. Within reason anybody with a bit more than 500 lbs deadlift will be able to stand with them (I mean Chris, not Victor)

i'd imagine you could only do one arm rows

i've heard that you could build super-heavy ones that would be usable if you used a different, heavier metal
