Apparently SEXY TRAINING, is gaining quite a following in gyms all over the country.

Anyone tried it?

I perosonally thinks its overrated.

yeah, its obviously working for you, but i think you need the mind/sex/muscle connection to fully get the most out of it.

too much abwork in sexy training for my liking.

there's a homo at my gym who says that he doesn't liike to squat, deadlift or bench press because he's "a model and he doesn't want to get to big".

I have learned that to excell in sexy training one must look like a lady killer at all times. Including showtime where you get in with 20-30 chicks and get to practice all sorts of pressing/pulling movements.
just push some weight!
