Just got back and I saw this little thread on Branch Warren taking a shot at me. Honestly, I think he was on point in his comments. He said I needed to trim up from what I could understand in the video and he's right which is what I did this year at the Mountaineer.

Big Deal, Adonis showed my show pictures from 2004 but failed to show my recent 2006 comp pictures because it would not have had any impact whatsoever because I was in much better shape. Branch is right, I looked like shit at the 2004 Metrolina. I didn't expect him to say anything else otherwise

However, he did say one thing that actually is to the exact point. "SOMEONE HAS TOO MUCH TIME ON THEIR HANDS!!!!" I wonder who?

I don't think so. Branch isn't an asshole like some people, and he basically summed things up correctly. Some people have too much time on their hands and he was talking about you, Adonis.

Fair enough post by Vince. Branch didn't exactly lay the smackdown on him, he was shown some pictures and gave comment on them, no major put downs or anything. TA is making a meal out of nothing

A couple of interesting points:

1) TA CERTAINLY has a much different attitude in person, eh?

2) Showing that stuff about Vince to Branch was just poor form. It was just juvenile. Think about it, the man is a professional athlete and that is what he has to deal with in an interview? That, my friends, is all that is wrong with strength sports in general in a nutshell.

Why did you film it in high definition? YouTube can only take a video up to 100mb or 10 mins long. That Branch clip was 1:50 long and was 125 mb

Hey 240, some people are having problems with Windows Movie Maker if they have upgraded to Internet Explorer 7. It causes the program to close a few seconds after it's launched. If this is the problem you're having just uninstall IE7.
