I'm 18 and have been training for about 14 months. I don't believe I grew as fast as I did because of genetics more than I believe I have because of my work ethic. But still, I have decent genetics either way since I've been bigger and stronger than average since I hit puberty. Also my dad is pretty big without any training.

I aslways thought i had pretty good genetics. nice wide structure with pretty good muscle shape so far. slow growing arms though...  >:( but for the most part i love the hand i was dealt  :D im 6'3ish and only weight 205 though  :-\

Lower body strength: probably me
overall balance: Whateva or mindspin
