Bush: Lame Duck and consequences...
« on: November 07, 2006, 01:17:19 PM »
Bush will become a lame duck for the next two years.

His approval ratings are the lowest of any president since Watergate.

Hardline Republicans, like Perle and Adelman, have been critisizing Bush, calling the Administration the least competent ever. That speaks volumes.

More importantly, several of the states in the Middle East have now declared that they will develop nuclear weapons.

The world has become a less safe place because of Cheney, Bush and Rumsfeld.

Two years of paralyzed world order will now follow. Likely, a recession in the economy will begin next year too.

In two years, will McCain or Hillary Clinton be able to set things straight? Who knows.

George W Bush was an utter failure.

It wasn't because of his political color, he could've been a Democrat as well. Dumb sees no colors.

It was because of his incompetence.

In other news, officials at weather.com are predicting that the coming rains will likely dampen grass. Scientists at NASA have backed this assertion, saying that there is historical evidence to back this claim.  ::)

Cheney said this week that no matter what popular opinion and therefore the American people want, it will NOT affect White house policy on the Iraq War.

That means our voice does not matter.

That means he doesn't care if 99% of Americans want out of iraq.  He will still send 5 men a day to their death in the sands, so that we can "keep the terrorists from raising gas prices"

I am shocked that anyone can defend this administration at this point.  They don't care what Americans think.

Well, he is a Liberal, but what he didn't say is that Bush's approval rating is at 45% as of yesterday!

It is up, true.  Dow being up, gas prices being low, and Sadaam sent to the gallows help out.  We'll have to see if he can maintain 45%.  (Altho 45% still isn't something to brag about lol)

every war time president has had low approval ratings. Lincoln was a very hated man during his time. not saying bush has been a great president,  but at least give him credit for one of the best economy's in history

I saw Bush got 39% approval ratings.

Now, consider the source, scumbags propaganda central FoxNews, :-\ but still, 39%.

In recent weeks, FOX has stopped trumpeting itself as "fair and balanced" in covering both sides of the issue.

Instead, they point out the fact that 60% of media coverage towards Dems is positive, and 12% of media coverage towards Repubs is positive.

OReilly said last week "His job is to even things out".  I think this is a pretty clear admission he isn't really concerned about covering both sides on his show.  Rather, he chooses to be the right to other stations' left.  It's fine, and he gets good ratings by appealing to both groups.  But I don't think anyone can defend him (or FOX) as being a fair station.  rather, they make the entire playing field more fair, by helping the right.

I'll gladly accept your apology thank you very much!

BTW, if you take the time to look through "liberal" CNN and "fair" FOX, I'm sure you're in for a surprise.

CNN eg, claims that the Senate is likely going to remain Republican. FOX? They're going with the Democrats on that one.

Still getting your news from FOX, I-One?

I suggest you change to something more neutral.

Because FOX is spewing Hillary-propaganda as we speak. You will be taking turns with Bill and Monica before you know it!!! :'(

Rudy knew WTC7 was going to fall before it even fucking caught fire.  Jeez the levels of stupidity and gullibility of people astound me.  He said on tv he was told it was coming down while they were still fucking operating in there.  Then, after everything fell, he violated federal law by shipping the crime scene to china to be melted down for scrap metal.

Make this guy president.  Brilliant!

Damn.

Did I fcuk up royally now or what..

Never occured to me that he made those statements about WTC, but as I remembered it, when I was watching the whole thing, everyone was expecting it to collapse, the inferno was so big up there.

Nevermind though, not getting into a discussion on this.

Lets stick to the election.
