Yeah and sometimes less. Problem is with Luke he seems to lose more conditioning the more he tries to get. Ends up looking flat and small which for Luke's structure flaws not a good thing. Looks much bigger, better at a higher weight.

Sorry Vince Darrem Charles is in a different league. But Luke time will come when he can place top 5 in a pro show.

good call Bigkahuna. But with 20 something million people, there isnt a market for pro BB. IF you want to make money the US is where its at..However with sports like golf, tennis, swimming, rugby/ AFL... thats where the money is with Aussie sport

thats what I believe. Luke stays in great condition year round, does cardio after every off season work out.

How does juice affect aging?  Kevin Levrone looks around my age, but is 41.    Dorian is not much older than Kevin but I would honestly believe it if he said Kevin was his grandson, especially given Kevin's questionable ethnic background lol.

The juice ages you - especially in the face (where it counts).  Look at Like, Dorian, or even 22 year old Flex.  If you juice, get ready to look older than you are.

I am only months younger than Luke - but look much younger.  I am not 280+ pounds, but I'm perfectly ok with that...

I don't know. I see a huge, reasonably cut guy like Luke and am amazed. There are guys winning some shows with far inferior physiques to Luke. I cite Darrem Charles here. Darrem should carry Luke's training bag!

I think Luke should enter a contest looking like he does above and forget about cutting up. Heck, I would rather leave an impression of being huge than just being another guy on stage who missed something or other.

You need some more medication there grandpa, Luke is good, hell you have to be good to make it to that level but to compare him to Charles in the way you have is nothing short of ludacris, I am not a big Charles fan myself but just look at the mans career and it speaks for itself.

Its not that I disagree, its just you comments sound biased.

Its easy for me to be positive about Luke Wood and Lee Priest because they're australian but this board is all about being real and me being real is that Luke is a freak and his shape doesn't flow enough to be hanging with the best (YET).  Luke himself wouldn't claim that though, the guy is a champ on here when he posts.

Thats pretty damn lean for 280lbs.  Even more impressive is that this is off season.  Luke has plenty of size.  As stated above, he needs to nail his conditioning to move up more in the placings.  I think you'll see him in the top 10 for sure this yr.  Sure arms could be brought up more but almost every BBer has a region to improve.  Major improvements to his chest in the last yr which makes more balance to his large delts.

I hate to say it, but the way he is put together - I don't think he will ever crack the top tier.  Even if you added another 15 pounds in all the right places, his build just isn't what it takes.  Odd structure and inserts.
