He doesn't really look any more amazing than he did earlier on this year (which is good but he's unbalanced).

Still, hard to tell. Presumably those are pumped pics. He might be able to explain whether he's made some improvements. His shoulders are monster.

Edit: Well I only saw 3 pics and they were the worst of the group. Looks awesome but as far as I remember he looked awesome a while back too.

He just doesn't have the balance (mainly poorly shaped bis and tris) to make it on structure alone, he needs to come in shredded if he ever wants to make a top 3 and he just hasn't seemed to nail his conditoning in recent shows.

I was speaking too Luke when i came to Sydney for the Australian titles a few weeks back. It was very evident that his chest has come up alot! his arms, still need more and legs are always huge. But its his delts and back now that are just STUPID! i believe his back and delts can stand next to anyone in the world and look on par!! his back is like YATES! i think his delts and back really over power his arms though. His arms are not small, his forearms are huge but his delts out weight his bi's and tri's.

Luke said he is doing the Ironman early next year.

There's no doubts that he has no problem with his delts being too small, they're just stuffing with the balance of his physique. They knock out the size of his chest which may be getting better as you say.

I agree that his biceps shape is unfortunate.

Luke put me through some training this year and I can say personally that the guy can hang with the best on stage.....Huge.....

How many top pros have you been around?

Its not that I disagree, its just you comments sound biased.

Its easy for me to be positive about Luke Wood and Lee Priest because they're australian but this board is all about being real and me being real is that Luke is a freak and his shape doesn't flow enough to be hanging with the best (YET). Luke himself wouldn't claim that though, the guy is a champ on here when he posts.

Id like to see him fat around 320 for 6 months, then i think hed improve, he has the potential to be another Ruhl, but he wont let his body grow into it.
