This has nothing to do with the machines, and a lot of people might know this already, but apparently coffee, even decaf, has about ten times more antioxidants than Green Tea. Of course, I believe that is before they roast the coffee when the beans are still green. Although, I just read, I think it was in Muscle & Fitness, that there is a company (and I'm sure there's others) that have figured out how to roast the beans w/o losing all the antioxidants.
The only negative thing I've heard about caffeine is becuz it is a diuretic, it washes all the nutrients out of your system. This is b.s. But, apparently it might be true for calcium. But, I have no idea what calcium is good for for BBers, except strong bones.
