going to run a 9 week cycle of prop and stana

I was thinking of running prop on its own for the first 3 weeks and on
4th week add stana of 50ml eod until 9 weeks all up.

My aim is to get lean hard

From research i should start taking nolvadex 2 days after last shot.
my question is what dosage and how long should i run the nolvadex for.

Just run the Winstrol for the whole nine weeks along with the Prop.

No point in waiting three weeks to do it.

Nolvadex @ 20MG ed for three or four weeks depending on how you feel.
