Try going into MSPaint (Start menu > Programs > Accessories > Paint) and putting it in there. Then right click and click on Stretch/Skew, then decrease it by whatever percentage you want.

actually i think my delts and traps are bigger then the rest of my musclegroups ...i think i need bigger lats...but i definetely like feedback.
