france has 10+% unemployment, germany as well, EU unemployment average this year dropped down to a bit over 8%, was 9-10+% in the years earlier.  this isnt counting sweden who claims a 5% unemployment yet the real number is nearly 20% when including those claiming long-term sick pay and early state retirement, not to mention those looking for jobs....i should say 'socialist' instead of liberal.
