I never said Coleman had weak forearms , I said Coleman's forearms lack Lee Preists shape , and Ronnie's forearms lack proportion and balance with his massive biceps/triceps , they don't lack detail or development , just shape & proportion

And while Ronnie does have the ' better ' biceps in terms of detail , his forearms & triceps aren't as good as Lees and if you want to make this comparision a litte more fair drop Coleman down to 200lbs and lets see how his arms compare to Lees then , hell even when Ronnie is 250lbs Lee's arms have 95% of his size with better triceps & forearms.

I agree with ND. Lee has better forearms and triceps. Ronnie has equally the same size biceps, but more ripped. Ronnie's arguably more seperated when looking at the flexed arm in a "thumbs up" shot, so each has their own pluses when compared.

-ND's heroes Schwarzenegger, Haney and Cormier did not have great forearms, or forearms any bigger than Coleman's. He's quite selective as to when this matters.

-To the naifs here: height always helps; that extends well beyond BB. Ask Padilla, who was better than Priest. Deal with it. Dillet's arms are also better than Priests, in part due to height.

-Priest has this weird imbalance thing going on-arms that are too short for an overly long torso. Looks like an alien.

Flex had better triceps, full and round, better than Coleman's. In fact Jay mentioned that Colman's tris are weakness, and when Badell was comparing arms with Coleman in the challenge round last year, his tris were better than Ronnie's (by a little). But Ronnie's split biceps make his arms better and freakier than Arnold's and Sergio's ( who had "flat" but full bis)
