Im suprised no one has stated that Lee's biceps, triceps and forearms appear far larger because he has short bones.  Ronnie has longer bones so his forearms might be comparable in overall meaurementand his upper arms are a larger measurement.

ND what exactly are you arguing in terms of size?

are you saying that Lee's arms are numerically the same measurement as Ronnie's?

or are you saying that relative to body size, they are proportionally larger?

the first case is obviously not true: no way will Lee's arms measure larger than Ronnie's. Lee is 5'4 and what 200 lbs? Ronnie is 5'11 and 260 to 290 depending.

but relative to his frame, Lee has probably built larger arms than anyone.

these are two totally different things.
