Anyone read anything on how they got Eddy Norton big for American History X? I'm looking for interviews with him talking about the training or supplementation they put him on for the film. Pics would be even better.

I remember years ago when the movie came out I thought he was impressive but now all I see is a little twig man

i remember when roadhouse came out, i must've been in 6th grade or so...when i saw patrick viciously making love to that unsuspecting vixen, and then doing his yoga training in the morning, i went to my local gay russian spa and immediately placed an order for the finest steroids around.

Yeah, I heard that. Patrick was real big in The Outsiders as well. Ponyboy said "He's big and he roofs houses". So he must have been big.

Haha just watched this movie again, I frickin love it and Norton is amazing in the role. I remember thinking back in like '99 before I had even touched a weight that he was HUGE and must have taken Steroids. It's so funny, that's all people talk about is how big he is and how he obviously was on steroids. He doesn't look so impressive anymore, more like a guy that needs some size. That physique is TOTALLY attainable naturally, when will people figure that out?

of course they juice. they would be a fool not to. we're talk a few months here. no dangers to their health. and a transformation like that in american history x for norton was crucial to land that role and all the fame and money following it.

norton got paid 8 million dollars per movie a few years after that.

its too bad they do everything with computers these days, would be interesting to see him juice up for this part he's doing next:
