Example:
Deep squats supersetted w/
36" Box jumps w/15-20lb DB's
Bulgarian Split Squat supersetted w/
walking lunges or reverse lunge off of a 12-14" platform
1 leg SLDL
Sets are usually between 3-5
Reps on squats are from 8-12
Box jumps are never more than 5 reps
