wow... on PBW lonnie teper picks new pro Desmond howard to win NY Pro... also said that Howard has the best hamstrings on any bodybuilder today.

Lonnie Teper now picks Desmond Howard, but I seem to remember that he didnt pick up to win his class, neverless the overall at Nationals. Hmmm...

But for him to win in NY City, a rookie... should be interesting. Others have done it, but this is a long shot. The Swami may lose his touch...

well his hams are sick but he will need to improve his back and his conditioning is he is going to place well in any pro show.

i have seen the pics and the guy is great, but in front shots like the latspread and frount double mainly, he has that real messy front torso. almost like pavol jablonicky or even claude groulx (midsection). I dunno if its the way he was conditoned or the way his skin naturally is, but its not pleasing to look at.
