ok danielson, i will pay you 100 bucks if you bench 365 for four, that was your claim on the previous thread. haha, after seeing your picture you could barely press 200 pounds, so post the video im a may of my word. im sure we wont be seeing it.
I said 100 dollars for every rep over 350, not 100 bucks for 365. You think I am a welfare case or something?
I think the respect you would get would be worth more then a 100 bucks if you showed that.
Good point. I don't want 100 bucks though, wtf is that? This fuckin clown thinks I am going to what he says for a 100 bucks? f**k him, I made 4200$ TODAY
At 247 benched 500 in 1981 or 82 and 585 at 298 in 1986 opps close
Awesome thread.. hopefully people are being legit because this can be a good thread. At 21, 205lbs I nailed out 455 for two..
Nice shot man...
wow was your face that red or is it the pic?....badd ass lift by the way.
I know everyone will call bullshit on this, but theres this guy Tom that me and the P/L mod SL-DUBBS use to train with that benched 455 at 165lbs...... I'm pretty sure he holds the rec in AZ. I'll have to look it up, the guys a freak.
I've seen similar "only tendons" built kinda guys. I was a big brother for a while and brought that 17yo black kid to the gym twice a week. After 4 months of "heavy lifting", the little mo fo was up to 375 for reps at probably 177lb dry with 15" arms. He made me look bad at 235lb... I dated his older sister to get back at him. . Gotta get back in touch with that kid... he must be a monster by now... been 3 years..
that or the guys that workout 3 months of the yr, and blow up bigger then guys that dedicate theirself all their life.
Is that a shot at me big man?
Wanna know what was even more sick.. my spotter actually did two reps with the extra plate that is sitting next to the bench. He weighed roughly about 240 and was able to get the first full rep and just a little help to keep him moving on the second with 495lbs.These lifts were with just a belt for back support and wrist wraps... no bench shirts. And we both kept our heads, feet, and butts in place. We were trying to keep the lifts legit just like a power meet.I wanted to order a bench shirt.. but at 21.. my money was not as easy to get rid of.
Everyone on the Internet can bench 500.
Don't forget about the guys who used to bench 500, but don't go any heavier than 315 nowadays to save their "joints".
