I hate when people look at pro bodybuilders and go "they have no balls"...like this VH1 host.
1st- You're a certified fag for having to make that observation and comment on it. (its like these people expect and want them to be bigger?)
2nd- On your frequent trips with your eyes to the crotch, have you taken into consideration the sheer size of some quads of these guys? you could put damn mango in ronnies trunks and it would still appear small...its all about context. Anyting looks small next to something big. ex:
Alexxx looking small next to a light pole etc.... 
This just aggrivates me and is one of the many things people use to bash bodybuiding.
Two reasons:
First of all, the general public is unfamiliar with a bodybuilder's life because it's completely different altogether. Thus, they are only looking and pointing out the obvious. The guy is huge and his nuts are small, which is true because a side of being on AAS for long durations is testicular atrophy. That combined with your valid point about "
context" makes them look even smaller.
Secondly, there is some hint of insecurity with most men when they compare themselves to guys who are larger or stronger than them. It's a primal instinct and it will never change. That's why the gym becomes a real spectacle when you've got chemically enhanced bodybuilders training with "
normal" people.
It also doesn't help that bodybuilders make a spectacle of themselves with the clothes, the attitude, the general demeanor.
When you draw attention to yourself you're going to get the wrong type of attention sometimes.
