Smart start and total are great. I like to mix a protein shake with my cereal sometimes. Vanilla always works best.

Best is you get a eclair and put it in a bowl pour milk over it and crush it up, real good.
But does not work good with glazed donuts but it does work ok with powdered donuts.

trix is horrible. the key is cycling your cereal: 2 cups cookie crisp on monday, 4 cups cocoa crispies EOD, 1 cup fruity pebbles on the weekend, honey comb once a week.
