I did the Jr USAs and placed 7th in heavies but first time workin with a trainer/nutritionist for 3weeks after states leading up to Jr Usa's in SC, was a bit depleted but I was dry just needed to be fuller which I worked on up to this point, thickness in back, legs, overall pretty much without blockin out...not sure what I am going to do next...about 275 now I'm 6ft and turned 24 last month (Oct)

that def true --- alot of people mistake for being around 30, maybe because of the large brow/frontalis, I have shaved my head since HS but no doubt that had something to do with it

better get on top of that propecia and rogaine!!

YES!! that is what my trainer said too, I think with the bone structure and frame I could carry weight and look good. I am 275 right now and alot of people like seeing me fuller rather than dieted out -- I will eventually change the game plan to compete as a super

next year I am looking at...have to talk to my trainer in Jan (doesnt live near me) he mentioned the Collegiates or Jr USAs again but I'm not set on anything at the moment --- I would like to stay away from my state level shows because they seem bias somewhat - esp the females
