Hahaha!! That was pretty funny.

I used to work as a store security guard (for about three years) and these guards don't have a clue. They're not allowed to stop anyone if they (or any other member of the security team) haven't seen the approach, selection, and concealment of the item in question. To try to apprehend someone just because an alarm has gone off is moronic - if they get a false arrest on their hands they can be sued for up to £20,000. There's nothing you can't tell me about store security.

anyone seen that video from about a month ago, where the guy in the gorilla suit thought it'd be funny to grab someone's 5-year old boy and run for the door?  monster bad ending if that shit happened to me...

that's not a nice thing to do to a 5 year old. but would you hurt a gorilla? he was probably just looking for a friend.

perhaps.  it was some 21 year old kid playing a joke.  the mom and dad both had smaller kids in their hands and the guy got all the way to the front of the store before they grabbed him. he got charged.

sorry, I read the post too quick.  I can never understand why people want to do things like that in a gorilla costume.
