Thanks, The Shadow. I picked up the issue a few days ago and seen the article that was suppose to be back in October's issue, but whatever, it's in December's issue now. 

What really pisses me off is that fact that Peter McGough and his FLEX staff teased the readers by stating that in next month's issue [Dec. 06] they would have the article, ARNOLD: The Complete Training Guide, in a "Special Edition" of FLEX, but of course no such article existed.

Why does this piss me off so much? Because I'm an Arnold nut hugger. So there....

I only had time to look through it. I've been really busy with things going on that I haven't read any of the articles just yet.

flex is a joke and has been a joke for years now.  I'll never buy it again....well unless it's a really good issue but I'll never have a subscription to that mag again.
