well yeah ronnie's are better. ronnie's been known for two body parts his whole career: his arms and his back. jay's been only known for legs and shoulders, but his arms and his back have certainly caught up and that's damn impressive. comparing his arms to ronnie's is like saying branch has bad legs because platz's are better.

Jay has really big guns but i dont feel "intensity" in those arms like those of Ronnie.

It is true that Jay's arms are overrated.

and the main reason for that is that he has stood next to the man with the greatest overall arms ever (in his prime).

do that for a few years and people will tend to overrlook your arms.

fixed it for you. you nailed it, the man chased ronnie for the past half a decade, of course his arms are going to look lackluster in comparison.

but let's be fair where fairness is due. jay's arms have little separation or shape in a front double biceps especially next to ron, but his arms look far better in any tricep kind of positioning.
