True story... From 92' - 97', I saw numerous IFBB pros & top NPC dudes, doing dumbell "work" while walking on the treadmill at Gold's Venice.

It was always precontest time and the dumbells were usually 15's or 20's. Exercises were either curls, hammers, or side laterals ...true story.

You should see the guy at the gym were I having my training routine. He takes his shirt off after each exercises but specially after bench press. My friend asked him once time when he has his "taking shirt off routine" and all guys who hears that start laughing him. But that laughing didn't change anything - the guy still has his own TAKING SHIRT OFF ROUTINE.

What do you thing about that guys? Do you have similar examples?

Dumbest thing I ever saw was a fat guy sitting on a ball with a pair of 15lbs dumbells doing abs while repping the dumbells. I couldn't bear that sight, I had to relocate to another area of the gym. that's multi tasking for you
