Buffalo

Do any of you guys eat Buffalo or Emu or anything besides Beef, chicken etc.?
I eat Buffalo about 3 or 4 times a week.  It's a bit more pricey...just curious.

No readily available source, otherwise I would.

I've been getting a lot of venison lately though.  Yummy! :D

i'd eat anything, if i could get my hands on some kangaroo or emu, that would be nice.
