It all depends upon what your standards are for "best"??!
For sheer muscularity (mass & vascularity)...then Renee Toney (if she in fact can be actually classified as a "female"??!). If he/she's(?) not, then probably the HIGHLY virilized Iris Kyle!
For a pure aesthetic combo. of "feminine beauty and muscularity"...then Anja Langer and/or Cory Everson!
The debate will rage on forever...and as Tre frequently points out in his posts...there are exciting newcomers on the horizon all the time.
Of course, there will always be the ignorant FBB haters, like Bast, who apparently don't know the difference b/t the look of a FBBer's pre-contest condition/"look" versus their off-season condition/"look"...or just because a mere handful of pro. IFBB FBB competitors have virilized themselves with too much AAS/GH...then try to stereotype ALL FBBers as being "she-he's", as well. Sadly, such double-digit IQ and ignorance permeates these boards!
