Kamali is seriously one of the weaker Pro BB's out there, pound for pound.

Doing 4 inch rack deadlifts in a smith machine with 3 spotters... then it doesn't matter if it's 700 lbs on the BB.

Weak.

Those quarter "squats" in a smith machine with 8 spotters didn't impress too much either. Was it 600 lbs on the BB?

Consider that Kameli's weight was around 300 lbs, and still only did 10 inch partial squats with that weight. In a smith machine.

well...i think now he is ok...when he trained me he had a huge gambling problem although i never discussed with him anything beside bb...he didn't have ANY belongings...none. He was around 250-265 and quite bulky at 52...now he's 56 and i doubt he'll compete again..and spent the last 2 years in jail...now he trains people...and i must say that when it comes to nutrition, training and contest prep....the man is a wealth of knowledge...and i learned a good lesson from him...includin what well known pro's stacks so that's why i laugh at all these wild assumptions on these boards.He was inducted this year in the IFBB Hall Of Fame.

Bob Chick trains like a pansy, and justifies is by using the excuse "don't want to get injured".

I love it when he acts like he's smarter than Dorian or Ronnie because training like a pansy he didn't tear any muscles and end his career.

don't wanna get into details ...let's stick to bb...but any of the getbiggers who think they lift heavy and wanna bodybuild...shoud go train with him...it's a humbling expirience at 25 $ an hour...similar to what milos is doing....it will absolutely tear your ass up...there's no comparison...and i didn't train with milos but i think it's similarly brutal...it was common to lay around for 1/2 an hour just to recover and be able to get dressed maybe a shake and drive...now stacks...He trained and knew most of the pros...dorian was the first to experiment eith megadosing....as far as gh is concerned...aslo slin...etc...and ronnie took that one step further...successfully i might add. But there are pros who take far less then it's believed and some that megadose...he was a bid advocate of balance in everything..using your head...train eat juice smart ...and i saw on myself why he was sooo right.

I was always amazed at how big that guy stayed considering he was at the Soaring Eagle casino every time I was there almost.

Back in the day before Detroit opened their casinos he loved the Soaring Eagle in mount pleasant. He was hard to miss. He played blackjack, always in the third base position, two hands at a time(wasn't really enough room for someone to sit by him). I saw him their all the time. Nice enough guy.
