i heard from somewhere that jay once weighed in 310lbs plus in 2004.......is this true?

I'm sure he has been heavier than that, considering he stayed between 295 and 300 this past offseason, while being very lean.

I'll ask him if you want, but I'm pretty sure he's been 315 before. When I saw him in March of this year, he was 295 at 6-8% bf.

MadMax has said Jay has topped out at 305. Sounds about right, as he stays lean all year.

no man, not even close. I was 255 before i tore my pec. I stay 20-25 lbs. of contest weight though.
