Seems to me like there are many young and naive muscleboys on this site that worship this GH15 moron. This moron cant even put a sentence together. The man wants everybody to believe that you need megadoses to have any sort of pro level muscle. What a fucking fool. I love it when some of you idiots ask him what does so and so take and then GH15 responds with specific steroids used because of a certain look of the mans muscle. That is the biggest bunch of shit ever heard of. For the most part, nobody can tell what anybody is really on by looking at them. I know men and have known men who compete in the highest level of the NPC as well as the IFBB whom deliver the same look on stage and use some of the most basic gear available. No tren, no insulin, etc... Some who use just straight up test and nothing else because of money issues and legality issues. Some men are just straight up genetic freaks that can achieve sick stage day size with plain old gear and have no cash for much more and dont wanna G4P it. Some guys cant handle the insulin and some have had some bad fucking near death scares from it but still wanna chase the Sandow dream. Some of these freaks do nothing but cut the ice cream out of their daily diet and are able to rip up with nothing more. Some guys do take mega doses, no doubt about it. But those guys dont last very long. Trust me. They dont last long and do not make it to the top. They end up sick as fucking dogs. While I have busted guys like Chics balls on this site many a times, I am telling you that Bob Chics words about top guys taking WAY less than you think is totally fucking true. These guys are fucking freaks of nature. They respond to gear like an untrained black dude responds to nothing but pushups. If 99% of you guys took even half of the so called fantasy doses that GH15 writes about, you would either end up in and ICU unit in a short time or even if you could handle it, you would NEVER end up looking even 1/5th of the size of a top pro.

Think about this for a second. If the greats of the 1970's. Pick a few. Arnold, Oliva, Serge Nubret, Franco, Skalzak, Draper, Mentzer, Viator could achieve the size that they did via the total basics....Dianabol, Deca, Primobolan Acetate, Durabolin, Anavar. NO INSULIN. NO GH. NO CLEN. NO DNP.  Even if they took large doses of this shit, how come nobody else in  other hardcore gyms in Amercia was walking around looking like them. They were freaks!!! LOL! Not quite. I learned more in the last 4 years reading bible than in my whole life. I was the biggest sucker around. Chugging that Bob Hoffman protein, swallowing tons of liver pills, I use to swallow around 50 caps of arginine/orininthine just before sleeping for the gh release. Had to get up 3x/night to piss. I was positive that Mentzer/Jones' HIT was the Holy Grail. It would get you the same results as gear just that it would take longer. I thought that juice just helped with recovery. You recovered faster. But with the infrequent training and more rest you get from HIT you would get the recovery just not as fast. I was like that DJ181 here. Just train hard enough to stimulate growth and rest enough to grow.

what they had, was knowledge (of training, diet, especially hormones) + response to hormones + dedication + obviously good structures
