the first time i read this i seriously almost cried. i think back on all the years... since i was 10, 11, 12, 13 when i used to go home from school and do hundreds of push ups and endless sit ups thinking i'll get huge and ripped and girls will notice me, and then in the teens 14 - 17 and into my 20's as a natural. all the bunk supplements. nothing ever happened above 175/180lbs. so this is why i respect gh15 more than anyone else in the bb scene. long live the 15!

very nice.....if you can do lat pulls with 315 thats really pretty strong.....nothing wrong with using a little momentum..you could seriously strain yourself bigtime by trying to use proper form on such a heavy lift

Tried your strict style yesterday with rows, got 225x8, then banged off as many as I could with momentum. Sore as HELL today, way more than going heavy like usual. Good shit man.

I mean there's no specific formula for everyone. So toss the log books in the recycling bin and stop being a penis.

Throw some heavy weights around and do so safely. Challenge yourself and don't stop once you hit a certain number of reps. Some people will never learn to be intuitive. They can't feel their muscles working and don't know what to look for whatsoever. They need to hit special numbers and these types of people never, ever make any progress. They look the same in the gym year after year.
