i am not a top bodybuilder, as i have been introduced to the truth of this cult very very early in my life...
i decided to train exclusively for myself.... i do in fact know my shit though, and have helped many with their quest to achieve what they wanted.
i called a few elite amateurs and pro's friends... and i saw first hand what is going on on that level...
that is why i KNOW that what gh15 stands for is a good thing! and the truth needs to get out...

i agree there are many people who are just parrots and copy what gh15 says, but there are individuals that are very good bodybuilders or people that know the cult very very good among those who believe him...
