no doubt gh15 board especially when it first started was awesome, gh15 himself is a great help when he sticks to bodybuilding talk and comes across as funny and likeable when its just bodybuilding.
that stuff about newbies running 300mg tren ed, that was 1 time as someone mentioned and the guy got shot down by Lean and gh15.
kigs stuff is too much and drama with getbig is childish though.
i personally thought gh15 was a good guy when we kept it gear/gh and training talk, also other topics but man i find it hard to relate to people who take others accounts to attack members on another board.
dont think gh15 did that, a mod did but gh15 seemed to have encouraged it and the mod who had to hide behind Ken's account...well that just shows truly what a pussy he is.
Ken should have been more clued up though and not given his password to anyone but the mod who couldnt use his own name or handle is a fag.
this is where i lose respect for gh15 tbh.
ive always doubted hes a former pro, former pro competed in the mr o mid-late 90's and originally from germany - not too many around who fit the bill and those who do i doubt would dedicate their entire lives to an online account.
but the guy behind it originally may have been as he posted less frequently and stuck with bodybuilding talk. that guy was awesome imo.
now its mostly spiteful shit.
shame though as the board had some damn good members.
