This is my response to your “official respond.” You know who I am. I am the one who was talking to Lean and the messages that were posted in the mod forum were from me. If this wasn't clear before, Val and I are two different people. Toying with your website and converting your supporters into our friends, that was her doing. The alleged threats and alleged bribes, and the quality of the product, those are my responsibility. I would have been happy to talk to you, via email or, as I prefer, face-to-face when this dispute first arose, but you have so far refused to communicate with me, except through responses posted on your board.

Let’s remember how this all got started. Val was asked to join your board because you wanted a reputable supplier. It soon became clear that it was not a good match but rather than complain about it she decided to leave your board. She left on good terms. Shortly after her departure we were informed that there was private information about our business/associates being posted on your board. That was unacceptable and we asked for it to be removed. Instead of honoring that very reasonable request you chose to “go to war.” We did not expect that our request would be met with a declaration of war but we are always prepared to defend ourselves and you got what you asked for.

Even during “war” we were measured in our response. Everyone knows that we hacked your website and we have lots of info that would be embarrassing and incriminating. Incriminating you, your mods, and some of your members. But we have not posted any of that info or used it in any way that would harm innocent people. It turns out that your mods are mostly good people. We even sent Lean a get-well card since you said that he was in the hospital (and notice that I am referring to him as "Lean" not his real name since this will be public). After you declared “war” a lot of people who originally supported you came to us. They did so because they felt disillusioned that what started as an effort to educate people about steroids had turned into a cult of personality that spent more time making threats and attacking innocent people than it did educating and helping people.

It appears that you have now changed your tone and therefore this open letter is not about threats or rehashing old arguments, but about clearing up the remaining misconceptions.

Product quality is my responsibility and therefore I will respond to your complaint that you received underdosed tren. Our product is the best that you can find anywhere. The quality is on par with what is produced by name brand pharmaceutical companies. That is a verifiable fact. We NEVER sell underdosed product. The product that we sell is the same that we use ourselves and give to our closest friends. Our product is tested for purity and potency. Real analytical assays, not some marketing gimmick. We would rather lose money than sell a bad product. Years ago there was one incident when we received a bad batch from a powder supplier. We didn’t even think about selling it. We discarded it. Another UGLs offered to buy that batch from us. He said that it was “good enough” for his customers because they didn’t know any better and his prices were cheap so people didn’t question him but we refused to sell it to him because no one should be the victim of a greedy or incompetent source. The point is that we take quality very, very seriously.

Having said that, I used to work in Quality Control at one of the top pharma companies in the world and I know that even with a big budget, skilled employees and the newest equipment, in rare cases something can go wrong. So if you say that the vial you received had a problem, I won’t argue with you. What you should have done was to contact us and we would have been happy to address all of your concerns. We would have asked you to describe the problem so we can learn if there is an issue that we need to address and then we would have replaced the vial for you. That offer was good even though you received the product for free.

We offer the most generous exchange/refund policy of anyone in this industry. We will replace or refund an order for any reason even after all the product has been used. Of course we reserve the right to terminate a customer that we believe is abusing our policy but even when we know that a complaint is unfounded, we still honor our guarantee. No one else will do that. No one.

Our customers include top level competitors, professional athletes, and professionals in the medical and pharmaceutical fields. Some of these people have multiple offers to get product for free from other sources but instead they chose to buy from us because the quality speaks for itself.

I am sorry that you feel like you lost ground while using our tren. Maybe it would help if you ate something other than sushi four times per day. And I completely understand your desire to watch Val and I have sex. Give me your address and I will send you a copy if we make a video.
