mr chestrockwell never really followed gh15,, he wasn't my pupil really ,, here and there read few things I wrote and used them especialy when he came here ...as I said he was sophisticated in his ability to misguide many and I just didn't have time to look into it long and hard...I was busy posting and caring about the success of this forum to think about specific individuals ...after all this forum is based on my bible which is tons of my writings from over a decade ...this is a very very long time when many of today bodybuild were not even bodybuild ...
