do not! start balonie with the old athletes or vets thre because its very serious bodybuild forum and its more sensetve than gtbig wher its pretty much a zoo here as we all know so whn you get on there be little more polite unless you are in feel the burn section where you can be less polite but over all try to follow the rules they establish and dont make me ashamed because i am the only one who decided to do this thing ,, they do not agree to this move of mine over there..the admin is furious at me for doing this,, so ths is on me hre so plse respect it ..tht include alex53 and his friendly friends
